With our applications

The Apps are built to record and store track logs of your paragliding files (IGC), which include detailed position information and may contain your name and the model of glider you are flying. None of your data is transmitted to any server that is under our direct control.

When enabled, this data is synced to all of your devices that run the Rogallo Apps using the Apple iCloud Service. You can find detailed information on Apple’s privacy policy under the following link: https://www.apple.com/privacy/
Under no circumstance do we have access to your track logs that are stored in iCloud.

You can explicitly choose to share flight logs (IGC files) to flight servers, such as DHV-XC. In this case you agree to the privacy policies of the respective services. We do neither operate such services no are we affiliated to any one of them. We have no control over these services and therefore assume no responsibility for the content and privacy policies of any of these services.

Rogallo FlightLog for Mac uses the Apple Maps service to visualise your tracks. For this task your data is shared with Apple as by their privacy policy, which you can find at https://www.apple.com/privacy/

Rogallo BlackBox for iOS uses the Mapbox Maps service to visualise your tracks. For this task your data is shared with Mapbox Inc. and their partners as by their privacy policy, which you can find at https://www.mapbox.com/legal/privacy

The use of these maps services is vital for the user experience of the respective app.

How long will the personal data be stored?

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extend necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
